Nexon’s relationship with the Hilton Sydney began in late 2007 when the hotel was looking
for an Alcatel-Lucent Professional Services partner to perform a reconfiguration of its
existing Alcatel-Lucent system to enable it to link with its Cisco solution. The relationship
progressed to where the Hilton asked Nexon to provide a proposal for the software upgrade
and maintenance of the Alcatel-Lucent system. This was accepted and the project was
successfully completed.
